First, I chose this office because of location and proximity to the properties. But second, I wanted to support a woman owned business. I have not been disappointed.

My questions have always been answered. Today, we resolved a website issue that has been ongoing a while for me. Janice poked around at State Farm corporate, speaking to various support people until she found the answer. It was really just knowing where to look on the State Farm website, but since not everyone at support for the corporate office knows the answer, it took a while (to find someone who knew).

These are great ladies who are willing to help you. I've been with them for at least seven years and they have made my experience with State Farm all the better.
