"dimitri and staff are the models of honesty, knowledge, and friendliness. i usually check around when my policies are about to expire, but state farm’s prices are hard to beat, and i have been treated expeditiously and professionally when i did have claims. plus, i would feel some guilt if i switched to another insurer…dimitri is just that good!"
